Sakshi Arora Jain, co-founder & Chief Nutritionist at Nlite Diet Studio, is a certified Nutritionist, having done her specialization in dietetics from Lady Irwin College, DU & training from AIIMS.
Sakshi has a rich experience of 11 years into the industry of Diet & Lifestyle Counselling. She has been a guest speaker on a National TV show, DD News & has given contributions of her work to portals for Nestle, ministry of family & health welfare & in various parenting magazines. She has been conducting lectures & Workshops at many corporates like Vodafone India, Maruti Suzuki, The Eros Hotels, Shalimar Paints, PNB National hockey academy etc.
She practices actively to educate her clients, counsel them on Right Nutrition for them & works intensively with them to achieve their goals. As a Chief Nutritionist and co-founder of Nlite Diet Studio, Neha Gupta has been in active clinic practice, advising and helping people for weight loss, diabetes, metabolic disorders, and sports.
Neha Gupta is a Registered Dietitian, Therapeutic Nutrition Consultant and a Diabetes Educator with over 10 years of experience in food science. Her qualifications include Masters in Foods and Nutrition and M Phil in Hospital and Health Systems (BITS Pilani). She has been a diet and lifestyle coach for health enthusiasts in India and abroad. Her counselling techniques and supercharged meal plans have transformed many lifestyles which clearly brings out the fact that the idea is not to eat less but to eat correctly. She has been conducting various corporate wellness lectures and workshops and has been an official nutritionist with the American Embassy School, Ambuja Cements, ITC and many more.
